Cancellation Policy
At Carman's Canines, we understand that plans can change, and we are committed to being as flexible as possible to meet your needs. Our priority is to provide the best care for your dog, and we dedicate a lot of time and effort to delivering top-quality services. However, we hope you understand that last-minute changes to our schedules result in increased admin and lost income. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy below.
Dog Walking, Training & Home Visits​

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged at the full amount of the scheduled service.

Overnight Boarding and Day Care

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled service, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.​

Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total fee.

Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will be charged at the full amount of the scheduled service.
